A custom-made or made-to-order item will be made only after the order is received, thus it is Final Sale.

A custom-made piece of garment is particularly made for a particular person and only fits him or her which is non-salable to others, which means neither return nor exchange is acceptable.

To ensure the garment made to fit, after receiving the order, we take extra steps instructing the customer on collecting his or her measurements and having them verified by a professional locally, before the garment starts to be made accordingly.
After the item is finished making, our Quality Assurance Team conducts a thorough and proprietary quality assurance procedure to ensure it was made by the industry criteria according to the customer supplied measurements.

All the order-related details will be specified and clarified in the legal contract for both parties.

All our vintage attire is estate-fresh. We press them before photographing, but we don't clean or wash them. The final pressing and cleaning are the responsibility of the customer. Please realize that "vintage" by its very definition is "not new and pre-owned", so there's inevitable wear on it that's indicative of its age. We try our best to describe all the details including unnoticeable imperfection so you can make an informed purchase. In the summary, vintage garment is Final Sale.

All products are directly shipped from their manufacturers or crafters who meet our quality standards to supply our customers with the very fresh new and unique designs at much lower prices than at upscale department stores or boutiques. Every product page of our website www.liquiwork.com has the product details and photos. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLOSELY REVIEWING THE PRODUCT DETAILS and CHOOSING THE CORRECT SIZE AND COLOR in the order. Any consequences caused by ignoring of the product information, resulting in a wrong order shipped out is the buyer's responsibility.

* A customer claiming "Receiving Damaged Item(s)" will be required to present the damaged item and all relating documents WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving it to her local post office for inspection and initiate the Insurance Claim Procedure.

Orders are shipped safely with insured mailing service, however, should you receive the item ARRIVING damaged, please email us WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving it. Once verified, we will direct you to your local post office for "Damaged Item Inspection". Beyond a limited time frame, the post office will deny any insurance claim!

* IF you wish to return the UN-USED, UN-WORN and INTACT original item for other reasons and are willing to pay a 45% factory restocking fee to the manufacturer or crafter because most of our products are in limited stock whereas in high demand and/or handcrafted, please email us WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving it. A return without our official authorization in writing will be denied. For a qualified return request, we will send you the Return Instruction with the Authorized Return Address for you to send back the item with Express Mail Service by the Post Office. The parcel must have a valid tracking number track-able on the official postal website.
The returned item must NEVER have been used, worn, damaged, altered or washed, and without odor, perfume or cologne, stain(s), wearing mark, hole(s), tear or rip(s). All original tags and packaging must be attached, good and complete.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNED ITEM SENT VIA UPS, FEDEX, DHL OR ANY OTHER NON-POST-OFFICE CARRIERS BECAUSE SOME COUNTRIES ENFORCE RESTRICTIONS ON NON-POSTAL SHIPMENTS, RESULTING IN THE PARCEL BEING RETURNED OR LEVIED HEAVY IMPORT DUTIES ON THE RECIPIENT.
Loss of or any damage to the item in transit automatically voids the warranty, so buying shipment insurance is recommended for your return parcel.

The returned item must arrive to our Authorized Return Address within TEN (10) calendar days from the date we send the Return Instruction. The online delivery record and our authorized recipient's signature which are demonstrated on the official postal website are required as proof.
We're sorry, but we cannot process a refund or exchange for items returned over TEN (10) days after the Return Instruction was sent to the customer.

Liquiwork reserves the right to deny refund or exchange if the returned item fails meeting above requirements. Original shipping and handling fees, return shipping fees, and sales tax if any, are non-refundable and covered by the buyer, plus a 45% factory restocking fee will be subtracted from the product price by the manufacturer.

We reserve all legal rights against all types of return abuse such as, but not limited to, attempting return for refund after using our product(s) for any events and on any occasions; stealing some part from the product, or damaging the product in use or try-on, then claiming "Item Arrived Defective" for return and refund (Note: Item Damage in Transit claim will be inspected and processed by the post office and insurance company); returning item(s) with missing parts, altered or different than our original product(s) in any manner, etc... Any and all attempts in return fraud, we'll report to the buyer's state and local law enforcement agencies, and his/her credit card company, among other applicable legal actions.
